Job Description - Mid-Market Business Development Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving new sales from business in the mid-size market space
Assess customer needs while providing solutions as to why blueStone differentiates themselves within the staffing industry
Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives and goals
Prospect to develop new clients and maintain a consistent pipeline
Meet and exceed activities quota while tracking activity within Bullhorn
Cold calling experience required
Responsible for cultivating new business by marketing blueStone to fulfill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire opportunities with clients
Manage accounts, ensuring client needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Detailed working knowledge of staffing industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
The ability to build and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
The ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills related to client priorities
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage account activity and sales pipeline.
Strong knowledge of IT staffing industry trends, technologies and competitors.
A willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
Experience:
2+ years' business development experience - senior level candidates
