Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and operate AV equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support during events, ensuring minimal disruption or downtime.
- Maintain and repair AV equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Install and configure AV components, including control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
- Maintain inventory and track AV equipment usage and condition.
- Document setups, issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
Requirements:
- 5+ years related work experience
- CTS Certification or ability to in 3-6 month period after hire
