Responsibilities:
Robot Pilot Responsibilities
- Monitor Fleet: Track robot operations and ensure all assigned robots perform as
expected. Use the Status Panel to monitor robot health, battery levels, and
current status.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Conduct remote troubleshooting within a 3-minute average
window, with a 10-minute maximum. This may include restarting ROS, rebooting
the robot's computer, or performing other basic troubleshooting steps.
- Patrol Management: Identify areas causing patrol disruptions and report them to
Engineering.
Event Analyst Responsibilities
- Event Annotation: Follow strict procedures for annotating images, audio, and
other data in real-time. Use the Events Screen to review and tag events
according to established guidelines.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate critical events requiring immediate attention
according to post-orders and escalation protocols.
- Event Screen Management: Identify any system-related issues and report them
to Engineering.
- Customer Interactions: Interact with customers or external parties via our robots
or phone systems.
