Midway Ice Rink Seasonal Employment

Midway City is now accepting applications to work at the Ice Rink the upcoming winter season. Positions Available: Guest Services, Skate Guards, and Assistant Managers.

These positions play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly experience at the ice rink.

 Responsibilities may include:

• Providing excellent customer service


• Managing and maintaining equipment


• Performing moderate snow removal


• Cleaning and maintaining rink facilities


• Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment both on and off the ice

Employment Details

• Position Type: Seasonal Part-Time


• Season Duration: Approximately November through March, weather permitting


• Schedule: The rink operates 7 days a week, including holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Working Conditions

Employees may be required to:

• Work indoors and outdoors in cold or inclement weather


• Navigate wet or slippery surfaces


• Stand for extended periods


• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds


• Perform physically active duties throughout the shift
