Job Description - MIDWIFE

1. Completion of undergraduate and graduate nursing education from an accredited school of nursing at the master's or doctoral level - Midwifery required 2. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio; Ohio Certificate of Authority as a Nurse Midwife as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing (COA) 3. National Certification as a Nurse Midwife; Current CPR certification 4. Five years clinical experience with three years in area of specialty preferred .
