Job Title: MIG & Metalcore Welder
Pay: $23–$27/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Location: North East Tulsa
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Environment: Climate-Controlled Facility

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing company in North East Tulsa is looking to add talented MIG & Metalcore Welders to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, climate-controlled work environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and a strong team culture.

Weld Test Requirement

Candidates must pass a weld test consisting of:
• MIG Flat Root
• 3 Passes with Bend Test

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of projects
• Ensure all welds meet internal quality standards and industry specifications
• Collaborate in a team-oriented setting focused on production goals and safety
• Take part in cross-training and skill development opportunities

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience; familiarity with Metalcore processes is preferred
• Ability to pass required weld test (flat root and 3 passes with bend test)
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and sense of urgency to complete work efficiently
