Schedule: Weekend Shift | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40)

Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified MIG Fitters for a company that specializes in assembling and welding pole sections. Candidates must be experienced with welding tools and equipment and possess strong attention to detail in a production environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Use and read welding measurement tools such as squares, levels, and tape measures.

· Select appropriate fabrication equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures.

· Secure parts in position for welding using bolts, clamps, and tack welds.

· Assemble components using bolting methods when applicable.

· Repair products by dismantling, reshaping, straightening, and reassembling components.

· Utilize fabrication equipment such as plate rolling machines, plate cutting machines, cutting torches, and other related welding tools.

· Maintain and be accountable for essential tools and equipment.

· Follow all applicable federal and state laws, the Company ISO Quality Program, internal procedures, company policies, and Safety and Environmental Regulations.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
