GMF wants our employees to be as excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company as we are, so we offer a merit incentive for all welders. Pay rates include $180/Month as incentive for the first 90 days, and after 90 days, you will be eligible for our standard production incentive.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and willingness to strive for GMF’s high company standards.

Salary Range:

• $16 - $25/Hour


• Dependent upon experience


• Eligible for a Performance Bonus
  

Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30 PM


• Saturdays: 6:00AM-12:00PM


• Schedule adjusted according to workload; Occasional to constant according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass all pre-employment screening including weld tests


• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
