Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES of a Welder

• Aluminum MIG welding and final assembly of aluminum components
• Cleaning and repairing welds as needed.
• Quality inspection of completed parts to insure compliance to internal specifications.
• Works safely 
• Keeps work areas and equipment clean and organized 
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintains a high attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Reliability is key.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS for a Welder

• Thin-wall (0.60" - 0.90") aluminum MIG welding experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• One-year experience in AL MIG welding or the successful MIG Aluminum training from a certified/qualified instructor.
• Able to Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings t
• Ability to periodically lift items up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to identify materials by size and use measuring devices such as measuring tape, calipers, micrometers and square.
•  Welds must conform to welding specifications.
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
• Support company's zero-defect policy to insure customer satisfaction.
• Follows established safety practices including OSHA standards applicable to the job.
