We are looking for a dedicated MIG Welder/Fabricator with previous trailer welding experience preferred to join our collaborative and innovative team!

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal trailers through cutting, welding, grinding, and cleaning.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of structural steel MIG welding experience required.
• Previous trailer welding experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quick learning ability.
• Self-motivated, positive, and a strong team player.
• Skilled in using shop tools such as hand grinders, cut-off wheels, welding torches, and plasma machines.
• Ability to build with and without blueprints.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, with the potential for incentive bonuses.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour day shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
