Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a dedicated Milieu Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Pike, New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy within a residential milieu setting
- Develop and implement treatment, behavioral, and safety plans
- Conduct assessments and present clinical findings to teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal staff, families, and external providers
- Support residential staff in implementing treatment strategies
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to $60,000

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents and/or families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass a background check
