Job Description - Military Accessions Branch Lead

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Military Accessions Branch Lead to join our team.  This position will be located at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph.

What you will be doing:

    • Assist the government in managing all current and future accession programs for the USSF.  The accession portfolio includes Reserve Officer Training Course Professional Officer Course Selection Process (PSP), High School Scholarship Program-Space Force (HSSP-SF), United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Inter-service Transfers (ISTs), Space Force Personnel Management Act (SFPMA), Prior Service Programs, Recruit Prioritization Process (RPP), and the Space Force Personnel Management Act (SFPMA).  Duties will include scheduling and deconflicting accession board schedules, utilizing recruitment platforms, coordinating with USAF, AFRS, ROTC, AFPC, and S1P to identify requirements and codify policy/procedures to meet accession targets listed in the Program Guidance Letter (PGL). The contractors will also manage and maintainan effective record keeping of all written communications with the customers and communicate them to ETMO leadership. The contractor will maintain a consolidated tracker for all members accessed into the USSF with critical dates to include graduation date, entering active duty, degree, projected training date, and date member received orders. 
    • Use a mappable/repeatable process for transfer process and validation that provides backward traceability to sources and decisions. 
    • Work products and deliverables shall be submitted in hard copy and/or electronically (where applicable). 
    • Responsible for utilizing all security measures to protect PII. 
    • Understand current policies, programs and procedures governing the DAF’s transfer and accessions program. 

What you will need:

    • 10+ years of experience in Operations, Analysis, Policy or Planning field. 
    • Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility  
    • Background in personnel career field or human resources highly desired. 
    • Secret clearance required 
    • BA/BS required
