Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Military Outreach Coordinator to expand our reach into both active-duty and veteran military communities. This individual will play a critical role in building strategic relationships, educating military personnel and support organizations about the benefits of TMS therapy, and driving patient referrals to BrainStim Centers.

Reports To: COO

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach      & Networking
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with military bases, VA hospitals, veteran organizations, military support groups, and healthcare providers serving military populations.
  • Attend veteran and military-focused community events, wellness expos, and military family support programs especially those with a mental health focus.
  • Serve as a liaison between BrainStim Centers and the military community to increase awareness of TMS therapy as a treatment for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and TBI.
• Sales  & Business Development
  • Conduct direct outreach to prospective patients and referral partners to generate new leads and drive conversions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and educational sessions tailored to military audiences.
  • Manage pipeline of leads, track activity and results, and meet/exceed monthly outreach and referral goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns to military audiences.
• Internal Collaboration
  • Provide feedback to clinical and administrative teams on trends, barriers, and needs within the military population.
  • Assist in developing veteran-focused programs or partnerships that support access to BrainStim treatments.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior military experience (active duty or veteran status) strongly preferred.
• 2+ years experience in direct sales, outreach, or community engagement.
• Proven success in building relationships and meeting sales or referral goals.
• Deep understanding of military culture and the challenges faced by service members and veterans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet with contacts and attend events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with mental health issues affecting military populations (PTSD, depression, anxiety, TBI).
• Existing network within local or regional military communities.
• Experience working in or with behavioral health, neurotherapy, or wellness clinics.
