Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and repairing or replacing defective parts using precision instruments, hoists, cranes, and various tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers), hand tools, power tools, and potentially welding equipment. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex machinery issues. Reading Blueprints: Understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy to ensure proper machine operation and prevent issues. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and work long hours in varied conditions. Communication: Verbal and written skills to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues and document work. Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, and adapt to new projects. 3-5 years' relevant experience required. CNC machine maintenance experience preferred. Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without visa sponsorship.
