Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• 3 Phase Motors
• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machines and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure proper alignment and function of machinery.
• Collaborate with team members and management to plan and complete projects on schedule.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working in various positions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
