Mine Countermeasures Systems Analyst

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as a Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide support to SMWDC in developing and administering an MCM objective assessment program for current and future Navy MCM initiatives
• Conduct performance assessments of MCM systems, sensors, and personnel, including data collection and measurement of operating capabilities and proficiency
• Analyze assessment results to inform adequacy and improvement of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF)
• Support development and revision of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) for legacy MCM systems, MCM Mission Packages, and emerging MCM capabilities
• Assist in designing tactically relevant assessment scenarios that align with analytical goals and assessment objectives
• Coordinate with MCM organizations and operators across planning, execution, and analysis phases

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Mine Countermeasures (MCM)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in systems analysis and assessments

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience assessing current MCM legacy systems
• Experience with emerging MCM Mission Package capabilities

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
