The Opportunity
Earth Tech Enterprises is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mine Mechanic to support our mining and aggregate operations.
If you’re a mechanic who can diagnose problems, work independently, and keep equipment running in tough environments, this is a strong opportunity with steady work and a solid team.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, haul trucks, and dozers
Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime
Respond to field breakdowns and support production needs
Complete routine service work (fluids, filters, inspections)
Perform welding and fabrication as needed
Maintain accurate work orders and repair documentation
Work closely with operators and supervisors to keep equipment online

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems
Experience working on equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar
Ability to work both in the field and in the shop
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
