Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mineral Title Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas law, with a focus on title examination and regulatory compliance. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the legal integrity of mineral title transactions and providing legal guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough title examinations and prepare title opinions for mineral properties.
• Advise clients on oil and gas law, property rights, and mineral leasing issues.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Perform due diligence on mineral titles and assist in the acquisition and divestiture of mineral interests.
• Ensure compliance with land use regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting mineral rights and oil and gas operations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Licensed to practice in MT, WY, ND, UT, or CO
• 2+ years of experience in mineral title examination and oil and gas law.
• Strong knowledge of title examination processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
