Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic-assisted procedures).
• Diagnose and treat complex gynecologic conditions (endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain).
• Develop individualized care plans prioritizing patient safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate surgical documentation and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to advancements in minimally invasive techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of OB/GYN residency and MIGS fellowship.
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License; MIGS Board Certified or Eligible.
• Experience: Specialization in robotic surgery (e.g., da Vinci platform) required.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in laparoscopic/hysteroscopic procedures, endometriosis management, and fibroid resection.
• Soft Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
