Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the counter and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold our high standards.
• Prepare drinks and food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment and exhibit flexibility in shift scheduling.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
