General Summary:


The Mission Critical Manager will lead the organization by overseeing strategic planning and establishing and maintaining operational standards for mission critical (data center) construction, ensuring alignment with financial and growth objectives. This position reports to the Vice President and is based out of the Ace Technologies Macon, Georgia office. The Mission Critical Manager will support projects throughout the region and must be available to travel to job sites located north of Macon, Georgia, as business needs require.

Responsibilities:



  • Develops quality, performance, safety standards and processes for mission critical construction projects and operations.

  • Manages financial processes like forecasting, estimating, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability for scopes of

  • Builds effective teams with the capacity to plan, organize and execute assigned projects.

  • Monitors productivity, costs, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within

  • Evaluates and implements new or innovative construction methods and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and project

  • Provides general oversight and direction to Project Managers on assigned

  • Monitors quality and/or supervise the monitoring of quality to ensure that all installations meet quality standards.

  • Ensures company and project specific safety policies are

  • Evaluates direct report employees and provides coaching and feedback on

  • Supports company Safety and Human Resources policies and


Position Requirements:



  • License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the


 


Working Conditions:



  • Works both in a climate-controlled office setting with varying degrees of stress and time pressure as well as on job sites in the field.
