About the Position:

As an Operations Leader, you'll play a key role in leading some of the most sophisticated data center operations in the industry. You'll provide leadership to Team Leaders and project teams across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the operational excellence our clients expect. You'll serve as a trusted leader who helps teams succeed, supports client relationships, and drives performance across your region.
In this role, you'll focus on developing people, coordinating resources, solving operational challenges, and ensuring consistency across mission critical projects. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and EEI leadership to strengthen operations, improve performance, and support continued growth.
This position is ideal for an experienced leader who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, solving complex challenges, and making a tangible impact on both people and business performance.

Working Conditions:
Typical Travel: Up to 75% (Regular travel to project sites will be required.)
Work Environment: Hybrid environment of office and in field for site visits. Site visits may include exposure to construction environments, uneven grounds, varying weather conditions, and field interactions.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform site inspections, which may include walking project sites, climbing ladders, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces when needed. Reasonable accommodation may be provided.
Reports to: May report to Senior Operations Leaders, Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, or?Mission Critical Associate.
Supervisory duties: Supervises 4-6 Team Leaders, with an overall team total of 30-60 team
Partners with: Works closely with other Operations Leaders, Associates, Principals, and Directors. This role will also work with People Services, Finance/Accounting, Admin, Business Development, Marketing, etc. for project development/success, and team growth & development.
Key Representative to: EEI clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
