Job Description - Mission Critical Team Coordinator - B Crew

Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Mission Critical Team Coordinator - B Crew. Schedule for the role will be Monday-Thursday and hours are 3pm to 1am M - Thu\n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $20.80 - $31.20 per hour. This position is eligible for the variable incentive employee program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nIn the Coordinator role, you will work with the Supervisor and Team Lead to drive results on key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. You will provide leadership by promoting teamwork, delivery of materials, and providing proactive resolution to production needs.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\n\u2022 You will coordinate material for your designated area as well and between areas to meet scheduled ship dates. \n\u2022 You will review and update the status of orders and materials with manufacturing supervisors, material control personnel, and people in work areas, customer service, and KanBan expeditors. Includes regularly scheduled multi-functional production meetings which vary from once a week to daily depending on area(s) of responsibility. \n\u2022 You will review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation. \n\u2022 You will utilize the computer, including Microsoft Excel, DMM, AS400, and the Material Synchronization Spreadsheet, to maintain control of floor stock and floor records. \n\u2022 You will promote a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by proactively addressing and resolving concerns and escalating issues to your supervisor as appropriate. \n\u2022 You will process surplus, rejected, and/or defective material according to procedures. \n\u2022 You will problem solve manufacturing information by identifying missing and incorrect items. \n\u2022 Attend the Tier meeting, check and update emails, and log into required systems (DMM, Enovia, AS400). \n\u2022 Review production tasks, including checking turnbacks, the Kanban list, crane sheets, and SPCs on the brake and/or punches; also identify past-due parts and monitor the sidesheet list. \n\u2022 You will act as a back-up Team Lead if needed, ensuring continuity in leadership and operations.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. \n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience required. \n\u2022 Prior work experience using a computer, including competence in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. \n\u2022 Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. \n\u2022 No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of (enter location) will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Associate\u2019s degree from an accredited institution. \n\u2022 1 year of leadership experience managing people, project teams, or previous coordinator experience is strongly preferred. \n\u2022 1 year experience in switchboard assembly. \n\u2022 Experience with Eaton systems including order entry (Vista), material management (DMM), MRP/ERP (AS400) \n\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment.\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.
