Job Description:
This position provides work alongside leadership and support to a team whose responsibilities include advocacy, and support to individuals with disadvantaging conditions so they may achieve their highest level of employment. Direct client support and supervision of a team who provides case management and program participation compliance central to this work.
This position is currently based in Kennewick, WA but is expected to move to Pasco, WA starting in fall of 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting rate: $30.00 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance based increases with maximum pay of $34.68. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service at Goodwill.
