Job Description - Mission Systems Integration Manager
ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a Missions Systems Integration Manager at USSTRATCOM.
What you'll do:
This position leads a team responsible for installing, configuring, securing, and optimizing complex database, operating systems, container, enterprise web and middleware deployments on Linux platforms in support of Mission Systems at USSTRATCOM. Additional duties include deploying and integrating government developed applications into the web/middleware environment. These server environments are subject to strict uptime requirements and secured per stringent DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). The environment also heavily utilizes infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and automation tools such as Ansible to provision commercial and government software.
Some of the essential duties you'll perform include, but are not limited to:
Mentor team members by assisting with troubleshooting of technical issues and developing a training plan for each team member
Troubleshoot highly complex technical problems both individually and with a team
Provide team member assignments to adequately support the multiple required Mission Systems
Ability to effectively communicate technical details verbally and in writing to customers and senior leaders
Remediate technical problems by collaborating with members of the MidTier team and other lines of service
Address urgent issues including system malfunctions, break/fix tickets, and user login issues
Coordinate system downtime requests by discussing requirements with the team and the government customers
Required to support regular after hours work requests and on-call duties
QualificationsWhat you'll need:
12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
DOD Top Secret/SCI
Desired/Additional Requirements:
Experience following DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Working knowledge of containers (Docker/Podman) and Kubernetes/K8s (OpenShift, Konvoy, Tanzu, etc)
Familiarity with the VMWare suite (VCenter, VSphere, etc)
Required Certifications:
Must obtain and continue to maintain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) within 6 months of hire

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
