Job Description - Mitarbeiter Gruppenreservierung (w/m/d) - Dresden

We are opening a new Hampton by Hilton hotel in Dresden in spring 2025, where you will benefit from the central location and charm of a brand new hotel. The Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre has 203 modern rooms, a garage, a bar and breakfast area as well as a business and fitness center. The proximity to the airport and popular tourist attractions such as the Frauenkirche will not only make the hotel a magnet for business travelers and tourists, but also offers our employees an attractive working environment.

Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre

Preparation of offers and contracts for individual and group reservations
Accepting, processing and handling individual reservations and group bookings
Processing and monitoring of existing optional bookings, cancellation deadlines, name lists and upcoming arrivals and their reservation details
Active sales and advising guests on the phone regarding the range of services on offer
Preparation of function sheets and processing of general correspondence
Communicating all details of individual and group arrivals to the relevant departments

Front office or reservation experience
Confident written and spoken German and English skills
Knowledge of the common hotel PMS programs
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High service orientation, flexibility and organizational skills
