Mitigation Administrator

We are looking for an Experienced Mitigation Administrator with experience in our industry.  Perfect position for a foreman who wants to get out of the field and work an administrative position

Summary of Essential Duties:

The Mitigation Administrator is responsible various administrative functions including but not limited to, answering customer calls, initial job intake,  gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system (PSA). scheduling crews, following up with customers and crews, reviewing foreman's paperwork for accuracy and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. We are a 24/7 service company. This position will be on call every other weekend, taking new loss calls, entering job information and scheduling the on call Foreman.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skill to perform such duties.;

o Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred 

o The ability to handle stressful situations

o Possess a high school diploma or higher education
o Strong Customer Service skills
o Construction/Repairs experience is a plus
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to think and reason strategically
o Must be self motivated
o Detail oriented and able to multitask
o Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, email, etc
o Bilingual is a plus
o Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
