Mitigation Lead Technician

Description

Paul Davis Restoration, a leader in property damage emergency services, is looking for a reliable and motivated Mitigation and Contents Lead to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in responding to water, fire, mold, and other property damage events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites
• Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage
• Perform restoration services: water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and content cleaning
• Monitor equipment and document losses
• Maintain organized job sites and company vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor new team members
• Ensure safety practices are followed at all times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  
• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work  
• Strong communication and leadership skills  
• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed  
• IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)  
• Bilingual a plus
