Job Title: Mitigation Manager – Restoration Industry
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus commission
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Manager for our growing restoration client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing water and mold mitigation projects and will focus on managing the assessing/scoping of jobs (as well as the overall mitigation production process).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the mitigation department, ensuring all water and mold projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Project Management: Manage mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with other departments (contents and reconstruction) to identify opportunities for growth within mitigation services and capture more market share.
- Equipment & Warehouse Management: Ensure the effective use of the company’s 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and mitigation equipment.
- Compliance & Certifications: Ensure all team members are working in compliance with industry regulations and maintain up-to-date IICRC certifications.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and TPAs (Third Party Administrators), ensuring that the company’s reputation remains strong and leads to future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Certifications: IICRC Certifications for Mold and Water are required
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in water and mold mitigation with a clear understanding of P&L and EBITDA management
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong project management skills
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of how to drive profitability through effective financial management
- TPA Experience: Previous experience working with Third Party Administrators is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients, teams, and executives
