Mitigation Project Manager

Innovative Home Services is hiring a sales person and project manager for mitigation services.  What that means is managing projects for Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Trauma & Crimescene clean up and Repairs.

The right person has

• IICRC Certification already in at least WRT and preferably in ASD and AMRT as well. 


• 2 years of experience as a project manager.


• Is detailed in their paperwork.


• Can communicate clearly and set proper expectations.


• Experience in building or remodeling residential homes. 

Compensation (whats in it for you)

• Salary $36,000 (not much)


• Commissions (tiered from 2.5% - 8% based on dollars collected for the year.  Expect to earn $50k+ per year)
