Location: Allentown, PA

Pay: $18 - $23/hour + SIGN ON BONUS + FULL BENEFITS PACAKGE (based on availability, reliability & performance)

ServPro of Scranton is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Water Mitigation Production Technicians. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized restoration leader.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services

Setting up and monitoring restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)

Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas

Documenting work performed on job sites

Providing excellent customer service while on site

Working with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Availability for occasional on-call and weekend shifts (we respond 24/7)
