MLC1 Liaison A Shift- Vance, AL

Description

This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, responsible for the assessment and coordination of personnel, equipment and inventory to meet daily productivity goals and timelines. Ensures all procedures and work instructions for their area(s) are followed. A Team Leader is responsible for directing all associates in their assigned area of responsibility. Current standards and tools for: Safety, Quality and Engineering in Schnellecke Logistics.

• Know and follow standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned
• Confer with management, or other departments to discuss shift notes, process specifications, or procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department focused on Continuous Improvement Techniques
• Provide information to Group Leader to update and share weekly Manpower documents in the organization
• Participates in meetings when necessary to make detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of Lean Management
• 5S Work Area
