Position Overview: The Safety & Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting a safe work environment while assisting with the organization's continuous improvement initiatives. This position coordinates daily safety activities including employee onboarding, safety audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, employee training, and corrective actions. In addition, this role partners with leadership to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen employee engagement throughout the facility.
The Safety & Continuous Improvement Coordinator works closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Human Resources, Warehouse, and Leadership to foster a proactive safety culture while supporting operational excellence.
