Mobile Automotive Service Support Technician

CMA's Williamsburg Ford is growing our Mobile Service Team and we are adding a Mobile Service Support Technician!  The ideal candidate will be well versed in general maintenance; organized and enjoy working with people. This is a gateway position to becoming a Blue Oval Certified Master Technician.  

Essential Duties

• Oil changes
• Diagnostic Scans
• Recall / Warranty 
• Fluid check / fill
• Filter check / replace
• Tire rotations

This position supports the Lead Tech running the Mobile Service Unit.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm

Compensation:

$15 - $16 based on skill level & experience

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

• High school, Technical school, or Community College Automotive Technology program preferred (1-3 years).
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. 

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed  written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
