Mobile Crisis QMHP-4pm-10pm Shift

Job Description

Epic Health Partners, LLC is seeking compassionate and motivated QMHP-registered professionals to join our team as Comprehensive Crisis QMPH's. This position includes a blend of in-office responsibilities and field-based services, providing crisis response, community stabilization, and case management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services in the community.


• Support the completion of initial assessments and assist with the collaborative development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) under the direction of a licensed professional.


• Utilize de-escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education to support individual stabilization.


• Accurately document all service notes and submit all documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.


• Ensure all documentation, including required signatures, is uploaded timely and charts remain 100% compliant.


• Assist with coordination of care through referrals and discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate internal and external behavioral health resources.


• Provide case management support for individuals enrolled in Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB) services during periods of lower crisis response activity.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling


• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field


• DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification


• Minimum of 6 months of experience in crisis services


• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation


• Successful background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening required

Shift Available:

• Full-Time (Monday-Friday).

Compensation:
$40.00 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Employees must work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least 1 hour of in-office work daily.
