Are you passionate about providing exceptional grooming services to furry companions? Furry Land of Nashville is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Pet Groomers to join our team! We provide a unique mobile spa experience for dogs and cats, ensuring a stress-free, convenient grooming process for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:

Drive a state-of-the-art grooming van to appointments across Middle Tennessee.

Perform professional grooming services: bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on breed standards or client preferences.

Ensure pet safety and comfort using gentle handling and positive reinforcement techniques.

Assess pets’ coat condition, skin health, and overall well-being, and communicate any concerns to pet owners.

Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and recommend grooming products for home use.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming vans, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized.

Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with expertise in grooming techniques, breed-specific cuts, and coat types.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a grooming van.

Passion for animals with the ability to handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with pet owners.

Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality grooming services.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet appointment schedules.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours based on demand.

Certification from a reputable grooming school is highly desirable.

Relocation/Commute:
Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Nashville, TN, before starting work (required).

Experience:

Professional Pet Grooming: 1 year (required).
