Job Description - Mobile Infusion RN Groom, TX

Vellum Health is hiring an experienced Mobile Infusion RN to support patients in and around Groom, TX. This is a field-based nursing role that involves delivering IV hydration and infusion therapy in rehabilitation centers and other clinical facilities. We're looking for nurses who are confident, dependable, and comfortable working independently in these settings.

Territory:
Covers patients in Groom and the surrounding Panhandle areas. Reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV hydration and infusion treatments in clinical or rehab-based settings

Monitor patient response and complete required documentation

Communicate with the clinical team and follow established protocols

Transport and manage medications and supplies as needed

Requirements:

Active Texas RN license

Minimum 1 year of infusion experience (rehab, outpatient, or similar clinical environment)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable working independently without direct supervision

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Part-time and full-time roles available

No weekends or on-call required

You’re self-directed, clinically strong, and experienced in facility-based infusion care. Background with hydration, biologics, or antibiotics is a plus.
