About the Position:
As Pureflow Mobile Operations Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to direct the mobile operations and support the development of the Mobile division. After developing a strong understanding of our industry and processes, you will be key in helping us provide uncompromising quality solutions to meet all aspects of our customers' high purity needs, operating profitably for the security and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Visit existing customers sites in our territory and meet the key contacts for each site
- Develop and maintain a great relationship with each customer site
- Oversees the development and maintenance of mobile service contracts
- Review/Renew Mobile service agreements to ensure margins are known and agreed upon by PFI staff
- Support non-service contract mobile services (schedule/communication/quotation)
- Operations:
- Manage the coordination of work, inventory, and projects between mobile technicians and the corporate office
- Maintain and encourage accurate documentation for billable parts and time
- Manage Mobile Service Technicians work orders completion, parts used, scheduling, shop time and over time
- Plans, directs, and manages the services of the Mobile Team
- Participates in the development of long-range plans for the Mobile Department ensuring consistency with corporate goals
- Facilitate the creation of standard operating procedures, documentation, and execution at our customer sites and the PFI facility
- Identifies staff development needs and facilitates in-house training programs in alignment with the corporate training curriculum
- Supervises, trains, and counsels' staff; completes reviews for employee performance evaluations
- Analyzes workload to ensure efficient staff scheduling in conjunction with Human Resources; interviews and selects staff
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred and a minimum of 5 years of management experience with increasing responsibility
- Knowledge of statistics and budget preparation
- Measures and reports service customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Maintains consistent gross margin on service that meets corporate constraints
- Tracks and improves upon customer call backs (as defined by Corporate)
- Ability to work effectively with supervisor, subordinates, co-worker, customers, and prospective customers.
Office Hours:
The regular hours for the shop are Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
On average, overnight travel for this position is about 25% (estimated at 7 days a month) and will require 50% of time in the field. Majority of work is performed in office environment and at customer sites.
