What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services in patients' homes or community environments.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, utilizing your clinical expertise.
- Receive mentorship and support from our Clinical Success Managers who are invested in your growth while offering you autonomy in your practice.

Manageable Caseload: Our physical therapists see an average of 4-6 patients per day and work 4-5 days per week, allowing for meaningful patient interaction without the stress of high volume.

Common types of patients include: Outpatient Orthopedic, Home Health, Hospice and even Vestibular. You’ll be able to reconnect with the reasons you fell in love with physical therapy in the first place!

Additional Income Opportunities: On top of your base salary, you’ll receive a $450/month gas stipend, a competitive 401(k) matching program, and the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses of up to $10,000 annually.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
- Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
- Willingness to work with a geriatric population
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or home health is a plus
