Mobile Sales & Customer Consultant

WorldWise Recruiters is hiring on behalf of our client, an authorized AT&T retailer based in the Chicagoland Area. We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Mobile Sales & Customer Consultant to join their team in Lombard, IL. This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll help customers find the best wireless solutions to fit their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in person to identify their wireless needs and recommend AT&T products and service plans.

• Assist with activations, upgrades, and current promotional offers.

• Stay informed on AT&T product releases and pricing updates.

• Support team sales efforts while maintaining a positive in-store experience.

• Deliver high-level customer service to build loyalty and satisfaction.
