MOBILE SERVICE COORDINATOR/Pick Up and Delivery Specialist

Ronnie Thompson Ford is seeking a dedicated and organized Mobile Service Coordinator and Pick Up and Delivery Specialist to join our team in East Ellijay, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating mobile service operations as well as Pick Up and Deliveries, ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient service delivery. This position offers a competitive pay range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, with weekly payments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.


• Coordinate and schedule Pick Up Deliveries of customer vehicles.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on service status.


• Collaborate closely with service technicians and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts.


• Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and technician assignments.


• Track and report on service metrics to help improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or related roles.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities


• Clean Driving Record and Valid Drivers License.
