Job Description
Best Ford is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to support our expanding Mobile Service Program. In this role, you'll provide on-site maintenance and light repair services to customers at their home, workplace, or business — delivering dealership-quality service with unmatched convenience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tech who values independence, customer interaction, and high standards of workmanship.

Schedule: Flexible
Pay: Salary + Commission
Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped mobile service van
Perform light-duty maintenance and repair services including:
Oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, bulbs, fluid top-offs, and basic diagnostics
Perform multi-point inspections and document findings
Communicate directly with customers to explain services performed and provide updates
Maintain accurate service records and invoices via mobile service software
Ensure mobile van is stocked, clean, and ready for each day’s schedule
Represent Best Ford with professionalism and courtesy at every service stop
Follow all safety and manufacturer repair guidelines
2+ years of experience in automotive maintenance or repair
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Ford experience and certifications are a plus
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
