Position Summary:

As a Mobile Service Technician at Nissan, you will play a vital role in providing on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs to our customers at their convenience. You will be equipped with the latest technology and tools to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional services right at the customer's location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Nissan vehicles at customer locations.


• Ensure all services meet manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.


• Communicate with customers regarding service recommendations and updates.


• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.


• Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts and tools are available for scheduled appointments.


• Represent Nissan and the dealership with professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.


• Ensure the mobile service vehicle is stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards.

Qualifications:

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  


• 
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (Preferred).
  


• 
  Nissan or other manufacturer-specific certification (Preferred).
  


• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.


• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair various mechanical and electrical systems.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
