Job Description
Bob Allen Ford is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. This role involves performing maintenance and light repair work at customer locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a convenient, high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

  Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Complete services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and light repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Use diagnostic tools to identify minor mechanical or electrical issues

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards

  
  


• 
  

  Provide professional and friendly customer interactions while on-site

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the mobile service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with the service team regarding scheduling and repair needs

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Ford certification or dealership experience a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening

  
  


•
