We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background, and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces, and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership
Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
Communicate with Parts Department and Mobile Advisor regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
- Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ford Certification
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred
- C-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and strong use of technological devices
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
