Hawk Ford of Carol Stream is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois, We are looking for a full-time Mobile Service Technician, you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions. Mobile Service Technician in our service department.

$50,000-$70,000

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Service Vehicles: in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance and other service repair concerns, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer recommendations.


• Customer Service-Assist customers who need repairs for their vehicle by ordering parts, diagnosing problems, performing vehicle operations tests and installing new components.


• Communication-Communicate with the supervisor on a regular basis about work performed, necessary changes, new parts needed or any other concerns related to repair or maintenance work on vehicles.


• Knowledge-Maintain required knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance by attending workshops, seminars or other classes to ensure the work completed is of the highest quality.


• Mobile Van- Maintain a clean work environment by keeping mobile van clean and always organized as well as a well-organized workspace set up at the location of customers.


• Safety- Follow all safety requirements and local and federal standards when it comes to disposing of hazardous or toxic materials.
