What will your job look like?

Oversee Back-Office Delivery Operations

• Manage all aspects of the network integration and migration projects to ensure seamless delivery.

Lead the Technical Team

• Direct and mentor the engineering team, establishing clear objectives and supporting professional development.

Manage Project Execution for IXRe & Nokia Platforms

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integration/migration projects for IXRe routers, hubs, and Nokia router platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Act as a Technical Escalation Point

• Resolve critical issues and serve as the go-to technical expert for complex, time-sensitive challenges.

Implement and Enhance Automation Strategies

• Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards

• Monitor projects to guarantee adherence to industry standards, regulatory policies, and internal quality benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and other departments to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives.

Maintain and Update Technical Documentation

• Ensure that all processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures are documented thoroughly for operational continuity.

Manage Vendor Relationships

• Oversee procurement, service agreements, and periodic reviews with vendors to secure optimal terms and maintain high service quality.

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives aimed at improving operational reliability and efficiency.

All you need is...

• In-depth knowledge and proficient in the domain (Technology and products).
• Previous experience in leading tasks or mentoring transport engineers.
• Experience in transport design engineering for a telecommunications system.
• Experience in CSR & IXRe migration, eNSE hubs integration.
• Working experience with appropriate equipment manufacturers such as Nokia, Ciena, Cisco and more particularly with Nokia routes such as 7705, 7250, 7750.
• Ability to undertake complex network performance improvement tasks, and to take the lead on a project of team of software engineers.
