This privately owned veterinarian team in Rochester, NY has a unique model allowing its Veterinarian team to choose house-call days or on-site days based on their preferences.  This approach keeps work fresh and helps prevent burnout.   Lean into what you enjoy most!

House-call days have a calmer pace with a lower daily caseload of roughly 6 patients per day. This pace allows for quality time to interact with patients and clients.  Doctors love the quiet time they get while travelling between visits.  While on a house-call, you'll be joined by a tech who'll help you including driving the company Tesla or Prius, so you can relax or do notes between visits.  You'll be equipped with the technology needed to provide sound medicine including mobile ultrasound and mobile x-ray units.

Days you choose to be on-site at the hospital, you can enjoy the collaboration of a fun team that provides surgical and dental services in their beautiful, newly built facility.

This mix and match schedule based on YOUR preferences truly gives you the flexibility to shape a role around what you love most — whether that’s appointments, surgery and dentistry, or a mix of both.
