Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of mobile technologies to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Perform reverse engineering on binaries and software components to uncover potential weaknesses.
- Write exploits or proofs of concept using C, Python, and Assembly to demonstrate control over identified flaws.
- Document research findings meticulously for reporting and future reference.
- Collaborate with team members, including other researchers and developers, to share insights and strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in understanding the Linux Kernel and device drivers.
- Experience reading and writing assembly code (x86/x64).
- Extensive experience using debuggers such as ADB and GDB.
- Strong development skills in C, Python, and Assembly language.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collaborative projects.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with additional mobile platforms beyond Android (e.g., iOS).
- Experience with security tools, frameworks, or methodologies beyond the basics.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and cryptographic techniques relevant to security research.
- Contribution to open-source projects or a history of participation in bug bounty programs.
- Understanding of mobile application development processes and ecosystems.
