A job opening is available for Mogul Machine Operator (Trainee).  The individual selected must meet the basic qualifications/experience requirements. 

Mogul Machine Operator performs independent set-up, adjustment and efficient operation of the various Departmental candy molding machines as well as all other related equipment.  Directs the operational assignment of work tasks and immediate work activity of employees assigned to the manning of the specific machine operation.

Requires the physical capability to perform job related manual activity required to service and operate the equipment including frequent and repetitive lifting of as much as fifty (50) pounds.  Work performed in areas with temperature higher than other air controlled manufacturing spaces.  Mechanical aptitude and training is helpful in the performance of the job duties.

The wage rate for each progressive phase of the MOGUL OPERATOR TRAINING PROGRAM is:

STEP 1: Upon assignment & during first 3 months

Qualified wage rate less 75 cents per hour

STEP 2: Second 3 months

Current wage rate plus 25 cents per hour

STEP 3: Third 3 months

Current wage rate plus 25 cents per hour

QUALIFIED: Thereafter
